 About Us Actual Admin was set up in 2009 by Lisa Lathane who has over 10 years experience in administration, as a PA, Project Coordinator and Reporting and Document Control Manager. Since 2005 she has worked in a professional, virtual, capacity offering the following:Secretarial/PA services, administration, diary/email management, word processing, document layout design, internet research and much more. Michala Dominey joined Actual Admin in September 2011 and is based in Eastleigh, Hampshire. She has 7 years experience working within the Administration/Secretarial field, working for various companies. She has experience in a range of office systems, in particular ‘Microsoft Outlook’, ‘Excel’, ‘Word’ and working with various company databases. Michala has experience in diary management and running a busy telephone switchboard. Some of her roles have involved liaising with external agencies, often in cases requiring discretion and confidentiality and travel/accommodation planning. Charlotte Gallacher joined the team in September 2011 assisting Lisa in Hertfordshire. She is an enthusiastic and diligent worker and a valuable asset to Actual Admin. Locations: Hitchin, Hertfordshire and Eastleigh, Hampshire Actual Admin are based in Hertfordshire and Hampshire, but you don't need to be in order for us to work for you. We have Clients in Surrey, Birmingham, London, Kent, Sussex and locally to us too! Hours: Mon - Fri: 9AM - 5PM We do however have the ability to be flexible with our working hours, including the capacity to work evenings and weekends with prior notice.
