Lisa quickly picked up on my diary, schedule and messages which lightened the load placed on me. Lisa joined Mill Group in 2001 as a Project Coordinator and in the years that followed, until she went on Maternity Leave in 2005, she progressed to assuming an important role in the supervision of PFI Bid Submissions whilst retaining her key responsibility for co-ordinating and producing monthly Fund and Asset Management reports to Directors and Investors. During this time Lisa was regarded as a key employee upon whom Management could rely to perform her role with professionalism and commitment. Lisa’s positive personality also ensured that she contributed greatly to the overall well being of the office environment.
When Lisa left for Maternity Leave in 2005, every effort was made to ensure that, notwithstanding her domestic arrangements, she continued to provide the company with on-going support. In the three years that followed, until a corporate re-organisation ended the arrangement, Lisa provided a part time home based administrative service to the company that proved to be very successful, with Lisa continuing to display the same level of dedication, commitment and professionalism that she had shown when officebased.
